The festival will be held in Disseny Hub Barcelona, located in the Poblenou district. Barcelona airport is well-connected to the city centre via public bus shuttle called Aerobus (30 min, 6,75€) or via taxi (around 30-40€). The festival’s venue, Disseny Hub, is a 1-minute walk from the metro line L1 (red colour), and the closest metro is Glòries, so we advise checking the hotels around the same metro line to have an easy and quick commute.

The official language of the festival is English, so all the activities will be carried out in English.

Near the venue, there is plenty of available hotels. We recommend searching for hotels in the Poblenou / Glòries area which are the closest neighbourhoods to the venue, Disseny Hub Barcelona.

If your purchase has taken place correctly, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with detailed information on the purchase you have just made. The remained tickets can be purchased at the box office of Disseny Hub Barcelona on the day of the festival. Please keep in mind that usually all tickets are sold out before the festival, so better hurry up ;)

No changes or refunds will be accepted after the transaction has been carried out. An error during the purchase or failure to attend the event, among other reasons, will not be grounds for a refund of the sum or any modification to tickets purchased. The purchase amount of the tickets will only be reimbursed in the event of a verified technical problem within the purchase or total cancellation of the event. Please mind that the ticket is valid for OFFF Barcelona 2025 edition only. Since the ticket is not nominal, you can pass it to a colleague or a friend.

No, each ticket only has a unique number and a QR code that will be scanned at the Box Office to provide you with a wristband.
