Nathalie van Sasse van Ysselt is a creative executive and strategic consultant with a focus on brand experiences, culture, technology, and entertainment. As a former VP of Design, she launched Sphere Las Vegas in 2023, leading the team that created the Exosphere, the world's largest spherical LED screen, featuring award-winning content.

Her team has since produced standout brand experiences with A$AP Rocky x Puma, the Oscars, and Spider-Man, and enhanced major events like the Formula 1 Grand Prix and Super Bowl LVIII with 360° ads and live fan experiences. Nathalie also started the XO/Art curatorial program, debuting with artist Refik Anadol, who turned the Exosphere into an AI-powered data sculpture.

Before this, Nathalie founded an independent art gallery in Berlin, mentored at the New Museum’s innovation incubator, and worked as a creative leader at Moment Factory in NYC.
