What to expect?
In this workshop, Michael Fakesh will provide personal insights into his work as a sound designer and music composer. First, we’ll explore how the right (or wrong) sound can completely change the impact of a visual scene. Michael will walk you through his workflow and creative approach. You’ll get an overview of the tools used for composing music and designing sound effects. He will demonstrate simple examples that are easy to follow, even for beginners. We’ll also touch on AI-driven tools and sound libraries. This workshop offers a behind-the-scenes look at nearly 30 years of Michael Fakesh's experience in the industry as a composer and sound designer.
